(Headquarters: 1-16-17 Higashi, Kunitachi City, Tokyo, Chairman and CEO: Yokogawa) The 40 Takakuramachi Coffee stores operated by Coffee Co., Ltd. will be selling the ever-popular “Grape Ricotta Pancakes” for a limited time this year as part of their “Seasonal Pancake Series.” This year, in addition to the classic “Shine Muscat,” they’ve also added last year’s popular “Nagano Purple,” making a return to the “Two-Color Grape Ricotta Pancakes” using two different colors of grapes! The two types of grapes, which can be eaten with the skin on, are gorgeous in both appearance and taste, and the sweetness of the grapes and the tartness of the rare cheese cream are perfectly matched.
