Opening up new food possibilities with noodle-making techniques Motoya United Co., Ltd. (Head office: Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture; Representative Director: Shintaro Ono), which operates a wide range of businesses throughout Japan and Southeast Asia (Malaysia), acquired all of the issued shares of IBK Co., Ltd. (Head office: Joso City, Ibaraki Prefecture), whose main business is noodle manufacturing, through a share transfer on January 23, 2025. IBK Co., Ltd. has also changed its name to Shirakabe Noodle Factory Co., Ltd. and its head office to Kurashiki City.
