(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hideo Kurita) is pleased to announce that, as of September 1, 2025, it has acquired the restaurant business “Isoppe,” located in Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture, from Rice Island Co., Ltd. This will be the second restaurant operated by our company, following the acquisition of the Western restaurant “Yokohama Tachibanatei” inside the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse on January 1, 2025.

The most popular dish is the fresh, freshly caught whitebait from Hiratsuka Fishing Port that morning. The restaurant also employs a dedicated soba chef who hand-makes nihachi soba noodles every day using first-ground domestic stone mill flour. Collaboration with Hakone Akatsukian Co., Ltd., a Daisei Group company that operates soba specialty restaurants, is expected to create a wide range of synergies, including procurement, product development, and human resource development.
